CARING FOR YOU-A guide to Menstural Health

                         SHE cell and Women development cell  of SRGPC jointly organised an awareness seminar on the topic menstrual health.Effective menstural hygiene management is essential for maintaining the health , diginity ,and overall well being of women and girls.The seminar addresses myths and taboos associated with mensturation ,promote knowledge and ensure access to quality menstrual hygiene products.The classes were handled by Sri Swalih  and Smt Nima,Consultants,Center for Hygiene Research and Development,Koratty , Thrissur.Around 32 students participated in the programme.
