The arts fest at Sreerama Government Polytechnic College, Thriprayar, is one of the most anticipated events on campus. It provides a platform for students to showcase their talents in various art forms, including music, dance, drama, painting, and more. The fest usually features competitions, performances, and exhibitions, creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with creativity and cultural expression. Students from different departments actively participate, making it a collective celebration of the college's artistic spirit.

College Art Fest-2024
The arts fest of SreeRama Govt. Polytechnic College 2023-24 ‘Arangu’ was conducted as a 4 day programme .It officially began with logo launch by union and all the 5 departments.Two days were spent for off-stage literary events(19/02/24 and 20/02/24) and artistic events which included 11 events namely Story writing,Essay writing,Versification ,Collage etc. Nearly 400 students participated in the off stage items.

The arts day began with an inaugural session.It was inaugurated by Smt Jayalakshmi HOD in Civil (Principal in Charge) and felicitated by Sri Ajayakumar E K Union Advisor, Smt Sabitha K S Arts Advisor, Sri SreyasKumar College Union Chairman.The college arts day was a vibrant and lively celebration of creativity ,talent and artistic expression.The arts day was organized by the college union especially under the leadership of Arts Club Secretary Enosh T(S6CT) and Arts Advisor Sabitha K S,Assistant Professor in Mathematics.

The on stage events including dance ,song,mime,mimicry,drama etc were conducted on 22/02/24 and 23/02/24.The competitions were conducted department wise.A still model competition was also conducted in connection with Arts Fest and Civil Department got the first position.

The college arts day was a resounding success,showcasing the immense talent and creativity present within the students.It was a platform for students to express their passion and celebrate the beauty of arts.Various competitions were held as a part of arts day encouraging friendly competition.The stage came active with captivity performances for 2 days.

Civil Department bagged the first position with 180 points and Computer Department was placed in second position with 90 points.

State interpolytechnic Nadakolsavam was conductd at Govt.Polytechnic College, Kalamassery from june 10 to june 11 2024.

Our students Participated in Malayalam drama and got first position with A grade.Das K S & Krishna K V(S3 Civil)was selected as best actor & best actress respectively.

State interpoly Kalolsavam was held at Govt,Polytechnic College Kunnakulam from 19th to 22 th June 2024
About 115 students participated in various events.Students from our college showed an amazing performance in interpoly arts fest.In various items they got first position like thiruvathira kali, Poorakali,Group dance etc.Sreerama was declared as runners up in state interpoly Kalolsavam 2023-24.It of course a prestigious achievement for Sreerama.
