Internal Complaints Committee

The “Internal Complaints Committee” has been constituted as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

The college has established an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in accordance with the "Gender Sensitization, Prevention and Prohibition of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students, and Redressal of Grievances in
Technical Institutions Regulations, 2016," as per No. F. AICTE/WH/2016/01 dated 10th June 2016. This committee is dedicated to addressing complaints raised by women and girl students pertaining to any form of harassment, including sexual and emotional offenses. The ICC conducts a prima facie inquiry into reported issues and proceeds with legal formalities based on the nature of the offenses. If the matter falls within their scope of action, the committee recommends appropriate actions. The complainant is kept informed of the status of the complaint redressal proceedings.
