Mentoring system to help at individual level
The Student Mentoring System plays acrucial role in effective redressal of problems and challenges faced by students.Mentoring is an interactive and target-oriented system, involving students and teachers address common student concerns ranging from anxiety, stress and other academic worries. In One-to-One interactions with the mentee, mentors try to identify and address the issues of the mentee to improve their personal as well as academic status. Mentors also provide mentee with constructive criticism for personal growth and career growth.
