Training & Placement cell

         The Training & Placement cell is the backbone of any institution. From the very beginning this college lays greater emphasis on Industrial Training and Practical Training for Diploma students. The Placement Cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of placement process. Arrangements for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions are made as per the requirement of the visiting companies.

       The institution had a well-organized placement cell to assist students in career guidance, training and placements. The placement cell is headed by Mr. Jesbin K S, HOD in Mechanical Engineering (I/C) as the Placement Officer.

         The college has a training and placement cell which look after the career guidance and placement of the students. The cell is managed by a training and placement officer. A staff member from each programme will be coordinating the career guidance and placement activities of that department.

         The TPC prepares the students data base of final year students considering their academic performance. TPC continuously keep in contact with the different employers and other placement agencies. Major employers will enquire about availability of eligible students for campus drive. Short listing of candidates as per their requirement and placement drive is conducted in our college for such employers. Students are send by our TPC to other placement drives conducted in similar ways in other colleges also. All the placement activities and its expenses are borne by the college. TPC will make all the arrangements necessary for the placement drive for the employers.

     Pre placement trainings are given to the final year students to improve the placement possibilities. Employability skill development programs are arranged by TPC with experts from industries, employability centre, alumni etc.

        Career guidance sessions are arranged mainly with the help of alumni of the institute. Alumni working around the world are invited as and when available, to the institute to share their valuable experiences and to guide the students to find a successful career.

     Professional agencies handle the expert sessions on attitude, motivation , personal interview , group discussion etc ., which help the students for their personality development and successes in the placement trials.
